WTB Green Necro One-Handed Weapon

I have a Green Morgriff's Scepter.
Req. 9 Death Magic Halves Casting Time on ALL Game Spells 10%(10% Chance) Halves Recharge Time on ALL Game Spells 10%(10% Chance) Basically this thing will half your recharge and casting time CONSIDERABLY if you combine it with the collector Death 20/20 focus. I'll be happy to sell it to you for 10k max, because A. I don't know the going rate on this, and B. You seem to be in a bind for cash so I don't feel like ovrerpricing.
